BR Healthcare Services would provide a New Practice Start up for the client. The project would include the development of a business plan, including a financial plan; assist physician in obtaining services of other advisors, i.e. legal counsel; development of a marketing plan; a review of third party contracts & physician charge profiles; and obtain provider numbers for third party payors. BRHS would also prepare a budget that provides the physician and staff with an overall plan for the first year of operations, including collection percentages, overhead percentages, as well as projected patient visits, gross revenues, and expenses.
