On completion of (or concurrent with) the Turnaround Evaluation, BR Healthcare Services would implement, either through existing management or through BRHS personnel, operational changes to improve the overall financial performance of the facility. BRHS would work closely with the Governing Board, the lenders, and/or the Courts in developing a turnaround plan and implementing same.
The goal will be to guide the facility in making appropriate changes necessary to work out of its current financial position and to insure long term survival. The overall goal of the evaluation would be to turnaround the performance of the facility and establish a plan for continued financial stability.
