
BRHS will assess current facility productivity levels, establish reasonable staffing standards, and provide the client with a written assessment of current costs versus costs projected under revised staffing numbers. Staffing and productivity are assessed in the following manner.
Initial Staffing Evaluation
BR Healthcare Services will conduct an initial staffing review of the Hospital. This review will encompass the entire facility. It will include a review of all budgeted positions, actual paid FTEs YTD, current criteria used for scheduling personnel, and any existing departmental standards.Appropriate Staffing Levels
BR Healthcare Services will work with the client to develop appropriate staffing levels for individual departments.Productivity Performance Levels
The company will work with the client to develop acceptable productivity performance levels on a department by department basis. This review will take into account minimum staffing levels for each department.Productivity Monitoring Program
BR Healthcare Services will develop a PC based staffing monitoring program for the facility. This program will include productivity standards established by BRHS and will provide a comparison of actual hours worked versus acceptable productivity performance levels. These comparisons can be available on a weekly, bi weekly, monthly, and cumulative basis.
