
BRHS will conduct a comprehensive review of the current RHC operations. The company will perform an operational evaluation of the Rural Health Clinic, review its financial performance, assess regulatory compliance, and evaluate existing management systems.
It will cover all day to day operations, internal allocation of expenses for the RHC, staffing, coding, charge systems, and billing practices. The company will evaluate RHC current contracts, physician practice patterns, and hours of operation. BRHS will also review the facility’s past Cost Reports to insure that all recommendations will optimize clinic performance and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement for the facility’s current Fiscal Year.
A written report will be presented to Administration outlining potential problem areas, recommending solutions to the problems, and quantifying the financial impact of the solutions.
