BRHS would provide the Hospital with a comprehensive review of the facility’s Cost Report and recommend changes which would have a positive effect on hospital reimbursement levels. All proposed changes will be reviewed in detail with Hospital Administration. The company would:

After a careful review of all prior year Cost Reports, a discussion will be held with Hospital Management regarding any recovery potential. Prior period Cost Reports may be reopened and amended to reflect the optimum level of reimbursement for the facility. A report will be issued to Administration outlining all changes in the Cost Report and the effect each change had on the reimbursement for the prior years and any implications they might have for current and future years.
