BR Healthcare Services would provide the client facility with a complete preparation of its Fiscal Year End Medicare, Medicaid, and Champus Cost Reports and 339 Questionnaire. It would include a review of the facility’s prior year Cost Reports, review of all documents provided by the facility to BRHS, preparation of the three Cost Reports, work papers, 339 Questionnaire, and recommendations for changes that could benefit the facility’s future Cost Reports.
BRHS can prepare the annual Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports for a single Hospital, a multiple site Facility, a Home Office, a SNF, a Home Health Agency, and a Rural Health Clinic.
The company has experience in reviewing proposed Fiscal Intermediary audit adjustments, handling negotiations with the Fiscal Intermediary, filing amended Cost Reports, preparing preliminary PRRB Position Papers, and in expert witness testimony before the PRRB.
Upon completion, all Cost Reports will be reviewed with Hospital Management to ensure accuracy and to assist the facility with appropriate preparation for the next years Cost Reports. Information will be provided which will effectively prepare the facility to optimize its reimbursement for the next year. BR Healthcare will be available to assist Hospital Management throughout the coming year.
