
BR Healthcare Services will perform an evaluation of the existing Home Health Agency, review its financial performance, develop a benchmark for continuing operations, evaluate current performance against this benchmark, and project future financial performance. The evaluation will cover scheduling, current staffing, employee productivity, supply expense and controls, past Cost Reports, billing, coding, collections, and accounts receivable.
A written report will be presented to management outlining potential problem areas recommending solutions to the problems, and quantifying the financial impact of the solutions.
