BR Healthcare Services was formed by healthcare professionals with over sixty (60) years of combined experience in Healthcare Administration and Finance. The majority of this experience has been actual hands-on operations and financial experience. This gives BRHS a distinct advantage over many firms that provide similar services, but lack the expertise of actual hands-on operations experience. BRHS strongly believes that its success and the success of the client are dependent upon a straightforward and factual evaluation and report. The company’s goal is to provide the client with the tools to succeed and a blueprint to implement change.
The officers of the company have accomplished financial turnarounds on numerous hospitals, performed hundreds of Chargemaster Reviews, evaluated numerous physician practices and rural health clinics, established and/or reviewed multiple Home Health Agencies, and prepared hundreds of Cost Reports. They have also worked to enhance the operations and revenues of numerous hospitals across the country. In addition, staff members have expertise in long term care facilities, free standing diagnostic clinics, surgical centers, physician group and solo practices, coding validation, and CPT/HCPCS coding.
These individuals, along with other members of the staff, have combined their knowledge and expertise to provide a high quality health care management and development company.
Mr. Charron is President and Chief Executive Officer of BR Healthcare Services. He has thirty (30) years experience in healthcare operations and management. Mr. Charron is a recipient of the 1993 Hospitals ‘Turnaround of the Year’ award as a Chief Executive Officer. His direct experience includes for profit and not for profit hospital management, management of multiple physician clinics, and other health related ventures. He has been instrumental in turning around several facilities during the course of his career and in structuring insurance networks. In 1996 he co-founded BR Healthcare Services, a healthcare consulting company. Mr. Charron has a MHA degree from Trinity University and a BBA from the University of North Texas. He provides the operational expertise for the company.
Mr. Campbell is Executive Vice President/CFO of BR Healthcare Services. He has worked in healthcare finance for thirty-five (35) years. He is a nationally recognized expert on Medicare, prospective payment, and cost reports.
Mr. Campbell has experience in hospitals, long term care facilities, free standing diagnostic clinics, and surgical centers. He has been affiliated with not for profit and for profit health care institutions, worked with a fiscal intermediary, and was associated with both regional and national accounting firms. In 1996 he co-founded BR Healthcare Services, a healthcare consulting company.
Mr. Campbell has a BS degree in Accounting from Southeast Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He provides the financial expertise and the auditing experience for the company.
BRHS has additional staff members with expertise in physician group practices, physician E&M coding compliance, clinic operations, nursing home operations, assisted living, and rehab. These individuals, along with other members of the staff, have combined their knowledge and expertise to provide a high quality health care consulting firm.
Mr. Dicksen is Director of Client Services for DRG Solutions, an affiliate of BRHS. He has thirty (30) years
experience in Health Information Management, utilization review, and the prospective payment system. He has lectured
both regionally and nationally on Coding Compliance, Coding Validation, and prospective payment. Mr. Dicksen worked on the
implementation of the New Jersey DRG system over twenty-five years ago and has
subsequently consulted with health care providers on coding
and validation ever since.
